Multi-Module Learning Program: Inclusivity & Digital Safety
Absorb–Do–Connect
This project showcases a multi-module, interactive learning experience designed to turn organizational standards into real-world behavior. Using an Absorb–Do–Connect framework, the program guides learners from understanding expectations to practicing decisions and applying them confidently at work.

OVERVIEW
ITI is a fast-growing global organization where employees understood communication, inclusion, and digital security standards but struggled to apply them consistently in daily work. Existing documentation explained expectations, but didn’t support real-world action.
CHALLENGE
Employees understood policies conceptually, but struggled to apply them in real-world contexts.

Static training and one-time onboarding did not support behavior change.
GOAL
Design a scalable, interactive learning experience that:​
✔ Converts abstract standards into observable behaviors
✔ Allows learners to practice decisions in realistic scenarios
✔ Reinforces correct application across contexts
✔ Supports global, remote, and hybrid teams
SOLUTION
A single, integrated training experience composed of three progressive modules. Each module uses a distinct interaction model to support learning transfer.
